Returns & Refunds Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and welcome you to contact us in the first instance by email or Facebook should you have any queries regarding products received in your order.
Returns and exchanges for online orders will be accepted where the product has not been used or is defective.
All returns must be authorised, please contact us to request a return authorisation (RA) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Any return enquiries must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unless the product is defective, return postage costs will be at the buyers expense.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in a new, unused condition. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, please consider your order and selection of products/fragrances prior to placing your order.
All refunds requested due to change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.
